We are a four-year running Inc. 5000 fastest growing private company who is looking for talented communicators who can engage prospects by phone and set up qualified meetings for the outside sales team.

Moreover, we are looking for candidates that have the desire to demonstrate their ability to succeed and grow their careers along with our exciting organization.   • Call new leads derived from lists, referrals and advertising programs
  • Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past
  • Research prospects and incorporate our value proposition with their business
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion
  • Set appointments for Business Development Managers
  • Use email to correspond with leads to follow up and/or to confirm appointments
  • Use to capture information regarding leads as well as facilitate lead flow to others in the sales process


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Local candidates preferred but open to considering an experienced star appointment setter who can run with the job remotely. If remote, prior Cold Calling and Salesforce experience preferred.
