We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive who has a passion for providing strategic tax credit solutions and client education. If asked to describe yourself, you would say that you exude professional interpersonal and communication skills, are passionate about helping mid-market employers reach and exceed their goals through the utilization of tax credit services and love the rush of getting a sale and building a large pipeline!

This position is fully remote and can be filled in the New England area, Rochester NY, Cincinnati OH or Tampa/St. Petersburg FL.


  • Identify a strategic approach for outbound prospecting efforts
  • Manage a pipeline of self-sourced, Sales Development Representative, and partnership leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Assess opportunities in industry verticals and implement strategic outreach campaigns with the support of the marketing team
  • Discover and understand prospective clients' business goals to determine if MP can support pursuing tax credits for them
  • Work cross-functionally with the HCM, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Customer Success (CS) account executive teams for cross-referral opportunities and implementing a team-selling approach for new business opportunities
  • Directly report to the team manager while working and collaborating with fellow teammates
  • Close new business while regularly achieving or exceeding targets and KPIs


  • Experienced in attaining quota in a closing role
  • Able to employ a consultative selling approach
  • Utilize and create a strategic approach to prospecting and enjoy high-volume outreach
  • Comfortable speaking to key stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Have outstanding communication skills; confident, articulate and persuasive
  • Ability to work autonomously with high level of organization skills
  • Appreciate partnering with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise
