We are in the market for someone who can help support our aggressive growth goals by creating and strengthening new and existing relationships with industry leading companies in health benefits, 401k, financial services and industry specific associations. You will partner with the field sales organization and work with senior leadership to identify and evaluate opportunities, foster relationships to educate partners on MP's HCM technology and services and own the channel revenue number. • Identify and reach out to new potential channel partners: health benefits brokers, 401k advisors, up-market CPAs, and industry specific associations.
• Grow and expand existing channel and association partners through strategic outreach efforts including exploring mutual connections in MP client base, networking, marketing efforts, and building a channel and association business development team
• Develop mutually beneficial plans and agreed activities as well as build relationships with key personnel, especially executive leadership, at key channel relationships.
• Translate your expertise of channel partner audiences into compelling value propositions, messaging, pitch decks and web content to recruit, enable and co-market with channel partners.
• Create and execute campaigns to generate leads and channel partner referral business; including but not limited to co-marketing, new offerings, partner activation and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to drive integrated marketing deliverables across communications, content, and events for partner initiatives.
• Partner with the sales team to support and prioritize local channel marketing efforts and build support for scale.
• Manage an association business development representative who will be responsible for sourcing and growing associations throughout our geographic footprint
• Own the partner and association yearly quota and build a channel and association plan to achieve bookings goals across the sales team
• Partner internally and cross-functionally to build and improve how we track and measure success of channel marketing initiatives. Turn data into actionable insights that align with business priorities.
• Drive awareness and enablement programs that inform partners of the latest campaigns, solution offerings, partner wins and tools available to grow their businesses.


• Bachelor's degree required

• HCM Experience required

• 3+ years Channel Marketing experience

• Proven success creating value propositions, messaging and GTM programs and campaigns optimized for a variety of channel partners

• Proven ability to navigate high growth, ambiguous environments, build from scratch and scale.

• Strong collaborator with proven success partnering with sales and marketing for results

Strong project manager with experience translating multiple inputs into cohesive and prioritized plans centered around business outputs

• Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills

• Leadership experience preferred

• Ability to conduct market, competitor and channel research to gather insights and assess market opportunities

• Experience reporting on channel marketing outcomes & ROI utilizing Salesforce.com
