Ideal candidates are highly skilled at creating and delivering sales training content, leveraging data and analytics to help drive sales performance and fast seller ramp and enabling sales technology for strong results.

• Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess sales enablement program
• Build trusted relationships with front-line sales leadership and account executives
• Provide effective onboarding and training programs for new and existing sales account
executives, sales development representatives (SDRs), Small Business Account Executives (SMB),
major market sales executives, and channel management roles
• Delivery of impactful sales demonstrations of iSolved HCM technology stack
• Coordinate educational content for ongoing training and development
• Build skills inventory and certifications process for all front-line sales staff
• Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and operations teams for relevant training and
coordination needs
• Facilitate content create and use with sales and marketing teams
• Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
• Use performance data to identify knowledge and skill gaps across the sales team
• Provide weekly leadership with feedback on seller activity metrics to goals, pipeline generation,
and forecasting
• Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the
capabilities account executives need

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in enablement or learning and
• A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
• Experience with content management and learning management systems
• HCM experience a plus
• Able to build internal relationships with sales, marketing and operational peers
• Ability to read and analyze sales data, KPIs, for trend analysis and gap assessments
• Excellent communication skill
