MassPay is currently looking for a part time Office Administrator/Receptionist to be the "face of MassPay", responsible for greeting visitors at MassPay, coordinating sign-in/sign-out, and assisting with various administrative responsibilities, including, but not be limited to phones, filing, incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating meetings & refreshments, maintaining office supplies, ensuring the tidiness of our work space.  The ideal candidate would need to be a self-starter who proactively seeks out and provides accurate and timely administrative support.  The anticipated schedule for this position would be 20 hours per week, 11:00am-4:00pm, Tuesday through Friday.


  • Coordinate administrative activities to ensure efficient operation and compliance with company policy.
  • Manage correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Assist with various administrative responsibilities, possibly including travel arrangements, calendar support, scheduling meetings, coordinating refreshments, email management, etc.
  • Track office supplies and coordinate orders when necessary.
  • Assist teams with reports or data entry.
  • Answering phone calls and transfer as necessary.
  • Maintain the tidiness of reception and the conference rooms.


  • Professional appearance, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
