MP is currently looking for a detailed oriented, customer centric CSR who will focus on working with our clients to help them realize tax credits and incentives that they may be eligible for. This role will include reach out, consultation, collection of data and client follow up. This is a truly rewarding role that assists the business community in obtaining funds that they may have never known about otherwise.


  • Serve as the initial client contact post-sale. Conduct introductory consultations to confirm eligibility and collect data necessary for credit calculations.
  • Research, learn and keep updated on tax credits including but not limited to Employee Retention Tax Credits (ERTC)
  • Consult with clients on tax credit strategy
  • Work in coordination with our Tax Credit Specialists to help obtain any missing data or resolve any questions or concerns.
  • Follow up with client regarding the results of our findings
  • Communicate internally & externally the status of numerous credit projects
  • Serve as a backup to assist Tax Credit Specialists as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • 2 to 3 years of customer service experience working with businesses.
  • Exposure to payroll and payroll taxes a plus.
  • Must be highly analytical and able to multi task and complete projects timely
  • Must be highly detail oriented and organized
  • Must be able to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction to accomplish objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and finding satisfaction through a happy customer.
  • We are willing to train on the specific tax credit programs themselves
