We are a four-year running Inc. 5000 fastest growing private company who is looking to add successful outside sales professionals to our expanding team that will enable us to accelerate beyond our current 30% annual growth rate.

Ideal candidates are highly skilled at consultative sales process and closing business with respective customer relationships in one of the following areas:

  • Payroll, HCM (Human Capital Management), HR Services Solutions (i.e. ADP, Paychex, Paycom)  Where candidates have sold payroll, HR, or Wellness software and services to organizations of 2500 employees or smaller. The ability to leverage an existing rolodex to respective owners and executives a major plus.
  • POS (Point of Sale) Solutions for Restaurants or Retail  Where candidates have sold POS solutions to either Restaurants or the Retail space and can leverage that experience and their extensive network of contacts to sell our payroll and HR software and services.
  • Highly successful SaaS  Ideal candidates will bring related industry experience as highlighted above, however, we also welcome the superstar that can bring their demonstrated SaaS sales expertise and success to our team.

Moreover, we are looking for candidates that have the desire to demonstrate their ability to succeed and grow their careers along with our exciting organization. The right candidate will be goal orientated, self-motivated, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is inspired by working with people.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute successful sales strategy within territory
  • Close new business and achieve profitable sales growth objectives
  • Utilize strong consultative selling skills
  • Identify and understand customer needs
  • Qualify and set strategies that align with our solutions
  • Develop and maintain a high technical competency for our software and solutions
  • Collaborate across all team members to provide valuable contributions and insights
  • Use Salesforce.com to capture and manage information regarding the sales process and customers

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Outside sales experience in HCM (Human Capital Management) or POS Systems (Restaurant or Retail) or amazing SaaS sales success
  • Listens and builds effective relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong sales plan and presentation skills
  • Friendly, can-do attitude
  • Professional and able to connect/make a great impression
