MassPay is currently looking for a client focused team leader to manage a team of HCM Payroll Specialists.  If you thrive on providing unparalleled customer service, are enthusiastic about going above and beyond the client's expectations, and enjoy motivating a team to provide this same level of service, then this is the position that you have been looking for. 


The daily goal of this position is to provide a smooth and efficient running of our client's payroll, benefits platform, and time tracking system.  Since this position is the most frequent point of contact for our clients, it must make a powerful positive impression. Some responsibilities include:


  • Ensure that your team process client payrolls through timely, accurate payroll data entry.
  • Supervise and motivate staff to provide service perfection by advocating on the clients behalf.
  • Implement systems and develop plan to continuously track and improve team NPS score.
  • Assists clients with service questions and inquires. Provide timely problem resolution for clients for any unexpected results or process flaws through researching and finding alternative methods.
  • Gain strong knowledge and become an expert in the I-Solved product suite.
  • Train clients on new processes and functionality.
  • Maintain a high rate of client retention through quality service and timely documentation of all calls.
  • Always be looking to improve efficiencies within the team, how they respond to requests and interact with clients.
  • Provide continuous feedback to team and management on areas of opportunities to enhance services provided to the client.
  • Partners with Implementation Manager to ensure clients are transitioned in a positive and efficient manner.
  • Motivate team mates to carry out initiatives to fulfill strategic goals.



  • 2+ years of experience in a Payroll environment and/or working with Payroll software. 
  • Experience working with Benefits & HRIS system preferred.
  • Proven success in a management position.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Exceptional client service and management skills.
  • Desire to work as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail.
