JOB DESCRIPTION

MassPay is currently looking for a detail oriented, self-motivated Assistant to support our Operations and Human Resources Consulting team.  The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong desire to work with data and connecting data across different systems, strong problem solving skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working collaboratively across a team.  This position will report to our VP of Operations as well as our Division Leader for Consulting.  Some specific responsibilities of the position include:

 

  • Work with our different systems (including CRM, Salesforce, iSolved, QuickBooks) to run reports, pull data, and combine information as needed.
  • Run ongoing reports required for different departments. Organize information and analyze when required under the direction of the VP of Operations.
  • Work with internal team mates on problem solving client inquiries and requests.
  • Assist in tracking internal measurements systematically and efficiently.
  • Assist consulting team with setting and tracking client appointments and tracking the status through Salesforce.
  • Support both business leaders with calendar management, scheduling meetings, meeting preparation, and assist them to organize their work priorities.
  • Attend staff meetings of department, take minutes, and work with Managers to develop and track resulting to do lists.
  • Work across the teams on special projects as needed.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-3 years' experience in an Assistant role preferred,
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent education/business experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a highly organized individual and enjoy problem solving.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
