MassPay is currently looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager.  If you are a self-motivated sales professional that enjoys working in a fast paced environment, has had a handful of years of experience in sales but is looking to learn more, and is eager to drive profitability through closing sales, then this is the position that you have been looking for. 


The overall mission of this position is to expand MassPay's client base by using a smooth and efficient sales process and to "quarterback" the transition for new clients through excellent communication post-sale.  The daily objective is to add revenue for the company by maintaining a resilient and focused sales approach each day, create a powerful positive impression when you speak with or meet with a prospect, and offer a compelling reason that leads the prospect to learn more about our products and services.  You will be responsible for a sales quota in which you will use cold calling, social media, and relationship outreach to grow your clientele.


We are here to support you in your success by providing you with materials to help sell our products and services, access to recorded demos to help you learn about our products, tool like to help you track your leads and efforts, and marketing guidance/support.  This position will also include some training in other departments within MassPay so that as Sales professional you have strong knowledge of the products that you are selling.



  • 2-5 years of sales and/or business development experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience in HCM and/or Software sales is a plus.
  • Strong prospecting skills confident to make cold calls, ask for referrals, & seek new leads
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Excellent client management skills
