MassPay is currently looking for an energetic, organized, and team oriented Assistant to support our Sales and Marketing Teams to improve process and efficiency of the overall team.  The ideal candidate for this position must have strong attention to detail, ability to learn and work with different software systems, have strong interpersonal skills, and possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.  Some specific responsibilities of the position include:


  • Support the VP of Marketing with reporting and updating systems, including new client data, record keeping of internal productivity, assisting with creating and managing telemarking lists, and assisting with email campaigns.
  • Partner with internal team mates to plan and organize training webinars as well as live seminars for clients and prospects.
  • Become an expert with the Salesforce database and assist both marketing and sales with consistent and effective usage of the system.
  • Support the VP of Sales with calendar management, travel plans, proposal execution, and managing and tracking the execution of a structured to do list.
  • Work with all members of the Sales Team on special projects, reporting, updating collateral, and supporting them with different systems as needed.



  • 3+ years' experience in an Administrative Assistant role preferred, Sales Support specifically a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent education/business experience.
  • Prior knowledge or certification in Salesforce a plus but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a highly organized individual.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Intermediate level of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge to analyze and organize data.
